Pune: Youth Kills Younger Brother For His Drinking Habits And Harassment

Kondhwa, 18th September 2022: A 25-year-old youth was murdered by his elder brother who was fed up of harassment due to his drinking habits. The incident took place in Gokulnagar area of Kondhwa.

The deceased has been identified as Tesaj Yashwant Bhosale (25), a resident of Tilekarnagar. Akash Yashwant Bhosale (29) has been arrested. Their mother Sunita Bhosle has filed a complaint in Kondhwa police station.

According to police, Tejas was addicted to alcohol. He used to drink alcohol and abuse Akash and his younger sister. Meanwhile, he came drunk on Friday night as well. At that time, mother Sunita called her elder son Akash out of fear. After an argument started between Tejas and Akash under the building, Akash strangled Tejas and pushed him. His head hit the wall resulting in his death around 1 am on Saturday.

Police are conducting further investigation.
