Pune: Zero COVID Related Death Reported In PMC, Pune Rural, Cantonments, And Municipal Councils Today
Pune, 1st November 2021: A total of 133 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 332 people were discharged from hospitals. 01 person succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
Today, A total of 18,250 COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 1,21,26,447. About 78,49,295 people have got the first dose while 42,77,152 people have got two doses.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, there are 2479 active patients in the district and 1286 of them are admitted to hospitals while 1193 are in home isolation. Out of 133 new cases, 44 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 28 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 18 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 01 in cantonments, and 42 in rural areas.
Out of 332 discharged patients, 89 were in PMC, 33 were in PCMC, 20 were in municipal councils, 0 were in cantonments, and 190 were in rural areas. One death reported in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PMC).
