Pune’s Dr. Mohammed Bawaji Honoured with International Leadership Award for HR at the House of Lords; Launches ‘The PRISM-HR Playbook’ at Oxford
Pune, 4th November 2025: Pune-based HR strategist and author Dr. Mohammed Bawaji, Managing Director of CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., has earned international acclaim after receiving the International Leadership Award for HR at a prestigious ceremony held at the House of Lords, London, on November 3, 2025. The recognition celebrates his exceptional contribution to Human Resource Management and his role in taking Indian HR thought leadership to a global platform.
A day later, on November 4, 2025, Dr. Bawaji launched his 14th book, “The PRISM-HR™ Playbook,” at the University of Oxford campus during The Next Economy Forum 2025 — an international conference organised by Brandvista Consulting in association with the International Academic and Management Association (IAMA).
In his endorsement, Prof. (Dr.) Bikash Sharma, President of IAMA, hailed Dr. Bawaji as “the first Indian HR author to launch an HR Playbook at the University of Oxford campus,” calling it “a milestone for Indian HR leadership on the global stage.”
The PRISM-HR Playbook introduces the PRISM framework — People, Relationships, Innovation, Systems, and Measurement — offering a transformative approach to Human Resources by shifting focus from process-driven management to a people-centred, performance-led discipline.
Speaking after receiving the award, Dr. Bawaji said, “It’s an honour to represent Pune and Indian HR thought leadership on these global platforms. This milestone reflects that our HR philosophy, built on structure and sincerity, stands tall on the world stage.” He expressed gratitude to international delegates and academic partners for recognising India’s growing influence in the global HR community.
Based in Pune — often called the “Oxford of the East” — Dr. Bawaji has authored fourteen books on HR and leadership. Known for integrating Indian values with global HR standards, he advocates transformation through empathy, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes.
Under his leadership, CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is preparing to launch India’s first Integrated HR Ecosystem, developed in Pune, which will connect strategy, learning, analytics, and transformation within a unified digital platform — positioning Pune as a future hub for HR innovation and leadership excellence.
