Pune’s Krisala Developers Enters Nagpur With Rs 2,100-Crore Golf Lifestyle Township in Partnership With Hiranandani Communities
Mumbai/Nagpur, 27th October 2026: Krisala Developers, a Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC)-based real estate developer, has announced its entry into Nagpur through a partnership with Hiranandani Communities to develop a luxury golf lifestyle township with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,100 crore.
Positioned as a premium residential destination, the proposed township will feature a neo-classical architectural theme, expansive green spaces and an integrated golf course. The developers describe it as Nagpur’s first luxury golf course township, with the golf course envisioned as one of the largest in the city.
The project will include 51 ultra-luxury plots, along with townhouses and villas. According to the developers, the plotted residences are attracting interest from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
The project marks Krisala Developers’ expansion beyond its established Pune and PCMC markets into Nagpur, which has been witnessing infrastructure development driven by connectivity projects such as the Samruddhi Mahamarg, Nagpur Metro and the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN).
Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chief Managing Director of Hiranandani Communities, said the development would be undertaken in association with Krisala Developers under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, the company’s development management platform.
“India’s sustained investment in multi-modal corridors and last-mile connectivity is redrawing the country’s growth map. Real estate is what turns that connectivity into economic activity. Nagpur, powered by the Samruddhi Expressway, the Metro and MIHAN, is seeing rising demand across residential, commercial, logistics and retail real estate,” Hiranandani said.
He added that the Nagpur project would contribute to employment, investment and social infrastructure in the regional economy. Hiranandani Communities also plans to expand through integrated townships, redevelopment, joint development projects and joint ventures.
Commenting on the expansion, Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director of Krisala Developers, said entering Nagpur was a strategic move to diversify the company’s geographical presence and strengthen its position in markets with long-term growth potential.
“Our growth strategy is centred on building a differentiated real estate portfolio that can scale across markets while remaining anchored in quality, design and customer aspirations. The premium and luxury segments offer an opportunity to move beyond conventional housing propositions and create developments that deliver a more distinctive lifestyle experience,” Agarwal said.
He added that the partnership with Hiranandani Communities would combine Krisala’s understanding of evolving homebuyer preferences with the latter’s development expertise to build long-term brand value.
Krisala Developers’ existing portfolio includes Land of Dreams, a 105-acre township, followed by another township spanning more than 100 acres within a year, according to the company. Its portfolio also includes a 1-million-square-foot Grade A+ commercial development.
The company said its projects reflect a focus on integrated planning, lifestyle-oriented communities and expansion into high-growth real estate markets.
The proposed Nagpur township adds a luxury, golf-oriented residential development to the city’s real estate landscape. However, details such as the project location, construction timeline, launch schedule and pricing were not provided in the announcement.
