Pune’s popular Soy Como Soy is all set to collaborate with Asia’s Best 50 Bar – 28 Hongkong St for the first ever ‘The Singapore Fling’

Kalyani Nagar, 24th April 2023: Situated in Pune, Soy Como Soy, known for their Nikkei cuisine promises to indulge plates and palates in textures, aromas and flavors like never before. This April 2023, the restaurant is all set to collaborate with one of Asia’s Best 50 Bars, 28th HongKong St for an event, ‘The Singapore Fling’ in association with Bombay Sapphire on 26th April, 2023. The event is based on a guest shift tour featuring Mixologist Yvuonne and General Manager, Chris, all set to reinvent the city’s cocktail game. Being a 3 city tour, the takeover is also going to take place in Goa’s Hideaway on 27th April and PCO in Delhi on 28th April.

28th Hongkong St, based in Singapore, is a hidden behind an unassuming 1960’s shophouse façade, 28HKS is a word-of-mouth venue for people who might appreciate the kind of venue where one can enjoy themselves relaxing at the beginning, growing a tad louder as the night goes on. The drinks focus is on artisanal spirits and American-style craft cocktails.

This is going to be an evening that boasts a handpicked assortment of blends and brews that are easy on the eyes and smooth on the palette paired with the best of the Nikkei menu. Some of the cocktails menu includes The Lazy Bear made with Bombay sapphire gin, Martini Bianco, Peach Liqueur and Green Chartreuse, People’s Tea made with Genmaicha infused Dewar’s 12 YO, Acid adjusted Umeshu, Saline and Soda, Canta- Loop made up of Bombay Sapphire Gin, House Melon Liqueur, Martini Rosso and Vegan Foam & many more cocktails that one can order from, priced at Rs. 645/- onwards.
