Pune’s Radhika Rane-Bhosale wins the prestigious Mrs. Asia USA First Runner Up Crown at LA in USA

Pune, 7th December 2021: Radhika Rane-Bhosale from Pune has won the Mrs. Asia USA First Runner Up crown on November 20th, 2021 in Los Angeles, USA.

Radhika represented India and won Mrs. Asia USA First Runner Up crown in the prestigious Mrs. Asia USA competition organized by Virgelia Productions which is one of the biggest beauty pageants for married women in the USA. Top 48 delegates from all Asian countries were selected for the competition which was scored on the basis of community service, national costume competition, dance, and evening gown competition.

Radhika plans to make use of her crown to continue her efforts of supporting girls’ education on a global scale. Along with spreading awareness for this cause, Radhika displayed rich Indian culture through her national costume at the competition that was inspired by the warrior queen Rani Laxmi bai who fought fierce wars with her baby on her back. Her costume displayed half warrior with armour and weapons and half princess with traditional royal Maharashtrian jewelry, showing the beautiful as well as fierce and strong side of Indian women. Radhika dedicated this costume to all women around the globe who manage to do it with family and career under all situations.

Radhika was born and raised in Mumbai and married to Amar Bhosale, son of Shirish and Sharmila Bhosale of Pune. Radhika is a mother to a 3-year-old and is a Vice President for a technology startup in the US called SGS Telekom, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Along with her successful career and family, she has been passionately modeling for several brands in the US for the past few years. Her husband Amar, is a Senior Security Engineer at Facebook.

Radhika wants to imbibe self-confidence in young girls and strongly believes that everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear and one must take the first step to conquer their dreams. She also believes that beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself and wants every little girl to know that they are unique and must only strive to be the best confident version of themselves.
