On this occasion, they said that on the issues which we are opposing, taking a unilateral decision by the management on bilateral issues, not giving full authorization letter for the salary negotiations to the Indian Banks’ Federation- IBSA, the high management self-switched integration and related Indian The Reserve Bank is in the courtroom for not implementing the policy, but the scapegoat is made by not giving punishment to the junior officers. Similarly, not knowingly implementing the Inter circle transfer of Scale-1 officers, the women employees are prohibited from facilitating temporary transfers at any convenient place in their pregnancy.

Accordingly, there has been a change in the transfer facility on compassionate basis. Newbie has almost equalized. Diversion of branches from the current category to the lower class and the reduction in the number of staff sanctioned, including the adverse impact on the customer services in the branches. He said that on the basis of compassion, the employment recruitment policy has been stopped by cutting rates, making a one-sided change in transfer and station pausing policy, pre-empting officers across the country from Pashchim and in the north to south and so on.

Likewise, the main reason of our anger is the loss of the bank by putting the credit of the carpet families sanctioned by the head office to the bank account and the loss of the bank. Similarly, to issue charge sheet on the day of retirement and to give strict punishment, change the eligibility limit of telephone and change the date of payment, by the divisional / zonal chief, using misuse and abusive language with officials in social media and meetings. We are also strongly opposed to this.
