The breakfast series saw popular Bollywood actor Yami Gautam join the health bandwagon and vouch for the goodness of Oats as she was seen whipping up a quick and delicious recipe of Dakshini Toast with Quaker Oats.
Yami Gautam did a LIVE Facebook session, where she engaged her fans and spoke about her healthy lifestyle and eating habits, and emphasized on the need to kick-start one’s day with a nutritious breakfast. Highlighting the many health benefits of Oats, that include a rich source of dietary fibre, great source of protein, helps reduce cholesterol and maintain weight, Yami encouraged fans to try various breakfast recipes using Oats for a healthy start to the day.
