People come here for the memories, for the taste that has remained constant through generations,” he said.From early morning till past midnight, Ramsar sees a steady stream of customers. Each day, the bakery prepares over 60 different items from scratch. Their best-selling items include the iconic mawa cake, Shrewsberry biscuits, brownie, and Paper Nan Khatai, both of which have earned a loyal fan base across the city.You’ll also find an impressive array of baked goods like Walnut Cake, Zeera and Coconut Biscuits, Dinner Rolls, Burger Buns, Ladi Pav, and fresh Pizza Bases. Among their savoury offerings, the massive Veg Puff, priced at just ₹25, is a local favorite for its size, taste, and value. Tea time is never complete without a box of their Coconut Macaroons or the sweet and flaky Anarkalis, a pastry stuffed with dry fruits and coconut.
