Rhythm Wagholikar bagged ‘Maharashtra Achievers : Word Smith Of The Year Award 2019’

Young writer Rhythm Wagholikar and Rachna Shah has been receive ‘Maharashtra Achievers : Word Smith Of The Year Award 2019’. Award was presented by Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao and Sanjana Galarani (Indian model and film actress).
The event was organized by ‘ET Edge’ and ‘Femina’. This event will be held at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai
Work on the legendary musical Personality and also writing on the transgender Gauri Sawant; all these aspects were considered while selecting Maharashtra Achievers : Word Smith Of The Year Award 2019′ award.
Rhythm has gained popularity for his books on Bharat Ratna Smt.Lata Mangeshkar and Gaanasaraswati Kishori Amonkar. His books have gained popularity in India and abroad too. Rhythm Wagholikar is now writing a biography on the life and works of Indias first transgender mother and social Activist Shri Gauri Sawant.
Others to be awarded at the function were Actor Aalia Bhatt, Rani Mukherjee, Director Ekta Kapoor, Bappi Lahiri (music composer, music director, singer), actor Vicky Kaushal, cricketer Sunil Gavaskar and Kedar Jadhav.
The aim of this award is to honoured and commended for their outstanding accomplishments in their respective fields like Film, Sports, Industry, Business, Medical, Art, etc. by awarding ‘Maharashtra Achchar’s Award’.
