Robbers try to loot jewellery shop, salesman injured in firing
Pune – Two robbers allegedly fired at a salesman while attempting to loot Bagade Jeweler shop in Wagholi on Tuesday afternoon.
Around 2 pm, two gun totting robbers entered the shop and asked the staff to hand over all the ornaments.
A woman staff pressed the siren following which the robbers fled with whatever ornaments they could lay hands on. When a salesman tried to stop the, the robbers fired at him and then fled on a motorcycle.
Pune rural police have launched a hunt for them.
