Rohan Builders to foray in budget housing

Pune, March 14: Rohan Builders (India) Private Limited, a name to reckon with when it comes to the design and development of top-class residential projects is now foraying into the budget housing segment. The company has unveiled ‘Rohan – Ananta’ at Tathawade on Mumbai – Bengaluru highway, its first project in this category.

An announcement to this effect was made by Suhas Lunkad, Chairman and Managing Director of Rohan Builders (India) Private Limited during a Press Conference held in the city today. Milind and Sanjay Lunkad, Deepak Bhatewara, Directors of the company were also present on the occasion along with Abhishek Bhatewara and Pooja Bhagwat.

Speaking on the occasion Suhas Lunkad said, “Rapid urbanization, migration of people to nearby cities for livelihood is increasing the demand of appropriately designed budget homes. Various efforts taken up by the stake holders in the recent past to provide boost to this segment of housing will now be a key to drive the growth of this segment. We are happy to be part of this move, which is indeed a sincere attempt to provide housing for middle class and lower middle class of the society.”

“With ‘Rohan – Ananta’, we wish to redefine ‘Budget Housing’. Home buyers here will be pleasantly surprised with overall standards of specifications and amenities, which are generally missing in this segment. One and two BHK flats ranging between 337 and 758 square feet would be available here with all-inclusive prices between 27 Lac and 49 Lac”, he added.

Describing the details of ‘Rohan – Ananta’ Sanjay Lunkad said that it will come with amenities like swimming pool, club house, gymnasium, party lawn along with some other amenities which are generally a part of premium projects including a basketball court, net cricket pitch, tennis court, squash court, badminton court to name a few.

It will also have play area for children, chit-chat area, and desk for senior citizens. The signature facility of Rohan of having guest rooms in all premium projects being developed by Rohan will also be a part of ‘Rohan – Ananta’. These guest room facilities come handy when guests arrive at any of the residents of the project. Secondly, considering today’s work culture crèche and infrastructure for day care facility would also be developed here. ‘Rohan – Ananta’ will have over 1000 flats of which about 340 flats of first phase have been opened for booking. Home loan facility is available from leading financial institutions.
