Rotary Club of Pune Kharadi Honours Doctors and Chartered Accountants on National Observance Days
Pune, July 3, 2026: Marking the beginning of the Rotary year 2026–27, the Rotary Club of Pune Kharadi organised a special programme to celebrate National Doctors’ Day and Chartered Accountants’ Day on July 1. The event was held from 6.30 pm onwards at the office of Dada Surendra Pathare and Rtn. Aishwarya Pathare, Velstand Community Centre, opposite Reliance Digital on Main Road, Kharadi.
The programme was organised to recognise the selfless service rendered by doctors and chartered accountants to society. Professionals from both fields were felicitated with Excellence Certificates, flowers and gifts as a token of appreciation. The celebration also featured a cake-cutting ceremony by the honoured doctors and chartered accountants, followed by a fellowship session.

Speaking on the occasion, Rotary Club of Pune Kharadi President Rtn. Rajesh Burman said, “It was a matter of pride for our club to begin the new Rotary year by honouring doctors and chartered accountants for their invaluable contributions to society. Their dedication, integrity and commitment inspire us all, and this programme was a small gesture of gratitude towards their selfless service.”
The event served as the first presidential programme of Rtn. Rajesh Burman for the Rotary year 2026–27 and brought together members of the Rotary Club of Pune Kharadi to celebrate and appreciate the contributions of professionals who play a vital role in public welfare and economic development.
