Solapur, December 23, 2033: Seventh seeded Sahaja Yamlapalli kept the Indian flag high reaching the singles finals of the $25000 Precision Solapur Open Womens ITF Tennis Tournament which is being organized by Solapur District Lawn Tennis Association(SDLTA) in association with MSLTA and played MSLTA Tennis Center, Solapur

In the semis today Sahaja took 1 hour and. 8 mins to stop Japanese Saki Imamura 7-6(3), 6-2. To enter the finals where she will take on second seed :
Ekaterina Makarova of Russia who carved out a 6-4, 6-2 win against Latvian Diana Marcinkevica In just about two hours

Imamura however had the consolation of winning the doubles title in tandem with her countrymate Hiromi Abe , in all Japanese affair The fourth seeds easily accounted for Funa Kozaki and /Misaki Matsuda winning 6-3, 6-1.

The prizes were given away at the hands of Mr. Gurpavit Singh , MD , Ileseum club ltd, Mr. Rajesh Damani , MD , Jamshri Realty Ltd. Tournament director and Jt Sec of Mslta Rajiv Desai was present on the occasion
