Samed Shete wins the 19th Shri Maheshwaranand Saraswati MemorialAll India Open FIDE Rating Chess Tournament

Pune, November 13, 2023: Samed Shete won against Rucha Pujari in the eighth round to emerge champion at the 19th Shri Maheshwaranand Saraswati Memorial All India Open FIDE Rating Chess Tournament which is being organised by Buddhibal Kreeda Trust and to be held at Ganesh Sabhagruha, Karve Road, Pune.

RR Laxman finished second with a win over VS Raahul in the last round

The winner Samed Shete received trophy and Rs 60,000/-, while runner up RR Laxman got trophy and Rs. 30,000/- . the prizes were given away at the hands of Mr. Ashish Desai of Sujnil cemo, Dhyanchand Awardee GM Abhit Kunte, IWM Mrunalini Kunte Aurangabadkar, and Shri Hrnish Raja, Prakash Kunte , IA Rajendra Shidore ( Chief Arbiter) were present on the occasion.

National Under -9 Chess Champion 2023 ,Advaik Agrawal was felecited by Buddhibal Kreeda Trust on this ocasion.
