Sandhya Malviya Awarded With Adarsha Mata Puraskar 2022
Pune, 4th January 2023: Sandhya Malviya, Founder and Director of Sagar Samajik Vikas Sanstha (SSVS) Indore, was awarded the Matoshri Maisaheb Parkhe Memorial Trust, Pune’s – Adarsha Mata Puraskar for 2022 for her diligent efforts in the field of Child Rights and Protection over last two decades.
In the last two decades, she has successfully rescued and rehabilitated over 950 missing, homeless, and destitute children by providing them with services like temporary shelter, counselling, and medical aid. She made all efforts for their ultimate re-integration into their families based even in other states of India and even as far as Nepal.
This is the 46th year of the Adarsha Mata Purashar conferred by the Parkhe Trusts. Another award is the G.S. Parkhe Industrial Award with MCCIA, Pune, which celebrates its 75th year.
