Sanjay Leela Bhansali Says Salman Khan Is A Changed Person: Now He Will Decide About Working In Film Together
Mumbai, 3rd March 2022: The fans of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan have been waiting for a long time for them to work together. The two have not done a film together since 1999.
Earlier Salman and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were going to work together in the film ‘Inshallah’. However, later it was revealed that Salman is not doing this film.
No one could know the reason for this to date. Now Sanjay Leela Bhansali has told during an interview the reason behind not working together.
The title of the film was Inshallah. However, the film got closed shortly before its launch. There were reports that the reason for this was the creative differences between Sanjay and Salman. Now Sanjay Leela Bhansali says that she and Salman are still good friends. Whether to work together or not, they have left it to Salman Khan.
In a recent conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Sanjay said, “Salman is a very good friend and I have been looking forward to working with him since Padmavat. I tried my best to do so. Whatever the reason may have been, it did not happen. As human beings we all change. Salman has changed, he thinks I have changed.”
Bhansali also said, “if he calls Salman even today, then both will talk just like before. So it is not that both of them have stopped liking each other. But as far as working together is concerned, the decision is left to Salman.” Sanjay said, “I have a lot of respect for the person who kept silent with me, stood by me during Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Saawariya. I will always respect him.”
In the 1996 film Khamoshi, Salman Khan worked in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film. After this, in 1999, the pair also rocked in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Aishwarya Rai and Ajay Devgan were also in this film.
