Mumbai, March 21, 2021: Questions have been raised against the Uddhav government due to the ‘letter’ of the former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh in Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar said that the allegations against the Home Minister are serious. Pawar further said that the letter does not have Parambir Singh’s signature. Meanwhile, on the questions arising regarding the appointment of Sachin Vaze, Sharad Pawar said that the CM and the Home Minister did not appoint him.

He said it was Parambir’s decision to end Vaze’s suspension. Sharad Pawar questioned, “Why did Parambir charge allegations after being removed from the post of Commissioner?”

He said that the Chief Minister has full authority for investigation. Sharad Pawar said that only allegations have been made in Parambir Singh’s letter, there is no evidence. It has not been stated as to where the money went?

Sharad Pawar said, “I do not know whether efforts are being made to topple the Maharashtra government or not, I can only say that they will not have any effect on the government. Sharad Pawar said that the Maharashtra Chief Minister has full authority to take a decision to investigate the claims leveled against the Home Minister.”

Parambir Singh in his letter has made sensational claims against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Parambir Singh said that Anil Deshmukh had called Sachin Waze to him and asked him to collect Rs 100 crore every month from hotels, restaurants, beer bars, and other places. Since then, all opposition parties, including the Congress in the Maharashtra government, have also been demanding Anil Deshmukh’s resignation.
