Pune, 13th April 2026: Sheraton Grand Pune brings the flavours of the Himalayas to the city with an exclusive Himalayan Food Festival, thoughtfully curated by Chef Sachin Singh. Showcasing the depth of Himalayan culinary heritage, the festival highlights indigenous ingredients, robust spice blends, and comforting regional preparations that reflect the richness of mountain food culture.

The menu brings together Himalayan favourites such as Ema Datchi, with street-style staples like Chicken Laphing and Veg Laphing. Hearty comfort bowls like Thenthuk, a traditional Himalayan noodle soup, are complemented by regional preparations including Gahat Dal Tadka, Khumb Haakh, and Panaloo ke Gutke, while Kashmiri Mewa Pulao adds a festive richness to the offering. Rustic mountain breads such as Kuttu ki Roti and Koda ki Roti round out the experience, paired with standout dishes like Jakhiya Murgh, where the flavour of jakhiya takes centre stage. Desserts like Bal Mithai and Arsa complete the menu with a traditional finish.

Curated with authenticity at its core, the festival offers diners an opportunity to explore Himalayan flavours rarely seen in urban dining, rooted in tradition and indigenous produce.
