Shrikant Paranjape elected as New President of CREDAI Pune Metro

PUNE- Shrikant Paranjape from Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd. is elected unanimously as President of CREDAI-Pune Metro for 2017-2019

Presidential election of CREDAI-Pune Metro took place in Pune and Mr. Shrikant Paranjape from Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd. has been unanimously elected as President of CREDAI-Pune Metro for the term 2017-2019. Along with him other officer bearers Mr. Suhas Merchant, Mr. Rohit Gera, Mr. Anil Pharande, Mr. Kishor Pate, Mr. Manish Jain, Mr. Amar Manjrekar as Vice Presidents, Mr. Ranjit Naiknavare as Hon. Secretary, Mr. Anuj Bhandari as Hon. Treasure and Mr. Atul Goel as Hon. Jt. Secretary were elected for the term 2017-2019

The CREDAI- Pune Metro is an Association of Builders and Promoters of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and PMRDA area.  It is established in 1982 and since then is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector in the region for more than 35 years. It has a strong membership of 456 plus members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Pune which accounts for about 70% of the construction activities in Pune. CREDAI-Pune Metro closely works with Government and Semi-Government agencies and takes initiative in policy formation, education to the construction labour with regards to safety at construction sites and skill development. We also undertakes health chekup camps, Aid Awareness, Pulse polio drives and some other social welfare activities for construction workers. CREDAI-Pune Metro has also supported Pune Municipal commissioner and his team in their endeavour to making Pune city open defecation free city by providing more than 16000 toilets.  The Association undertakes various Corporate Social Responsibilities directly and through its Members.
