Social Messages Highlight Swaroopawardheeni Cultural Event in Pune

Pune, 5th September 2025: Swaroopawardheeni, an organisation dedicated to educating and training children to serve the nation and contribute to society, celebrated its annual cultural program with a unique blend of art and awareness.
This year, students performed the traditional folk dance Ghungroo Kathi, captivating the audience with vibrant rhythm and coordination. The performance was not just an artistic display but also carried powerful social messages.
Children held banners honoring Birudev Dhone, a member of the Dhangar community who recently cleared the UPSC examination—an inspiration for the youth across Maharashtra. They also reminded citizens of Operation Sindoor, highlighting the importance of unity and sacrifice in nation-building.
The program also acknowledged a historic milestone as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) completed its 100 years this year.
Speaking on the occasion, executive president Dr. Sanjay Tambat praised the efforts of the students and the organisation for blending cultural pride with national values. He emphasized that such initiatives help nurture responsible citizens who remain rooted in tradition while contributing to modern India.
The event concluded with resounding applause, leaving the audience inspired by the harmony of culture, social awareness, and patriotism.
