Solo Art Exhibition by Ar. Ruma Agwekar Showcases Bold and Expressive Artworks

Pune, 14th February 2025: The Solo Art Exhibition by Ar. Ruma Agwekar, held at Gadgil Art Gallery, marked the second installment in her ongoing series of solo exhibitions. The event featured some of her finest artworks, including “Rain,” “Basera,” and “Krishna.”

Visitors and art enthusiasts highly appreciated themes such as “Bouquet,” “Aquarium,” and “Three Mermaids,” rating them among the best displays of the exhibition. Agwekar’s paintings incorporated abstract themes infused with elements of Madhubani art, creating a unique fusion of styles.

One of the standout series, “Basera,” focused on women empowerment and child development, portraying the deep love of a woman for her child and her home.

Ar. Ruma Agwekar, an emerging artist, is known for her realistic, bold, and confident artistic style. Her harmonious blend of colors, often highlighted with gold accents, lends her artwork a richness that reflects the essence of Indian art and culture.

The three-day exhibition concluded on an optimistic note, emphasizing art as a powerful medium for promoting societal well-being.
