SPES Manning Solutions LLP celebrated International Women’s Day event POTENTIAL UNLEASHED
Function was a successful Initiative by the Director – Mr. Deepak Chhabra, Operations Head- Mr. Ajinkya Bandamantri and AM –Training- Ms. Dipti Shekhavat . The dignitaries like Corina Manuel – Editor of magazine “Aurbane India” , Mr Dattatrey Jagdale- Administrator “Lizzat Papad Mahila Grah Udyog Sanstha” and Ms. Neha Malhotra- Digital Partner “myyshopp.com” , honored the event by their presence. They facilitated all the participants by sharing their experiences and golden words of wisdom.
Ms Corina Manuel shared her life story; that how challenging the working in Glamorous world could be. According to her exact words;

Mr. Dattatrey Jagdale introduced all by the unique work culture, Organizational principles and ethics of “Lizzat Papad Mahila Grah Udyog Sanstha”, which lead them to become a successful Enterprise. He blazed a trail for achieving progress in all life fronts and successful entrepreneurship.
Ms Avitaraj who is the Principal of Saint Xavier’s school encouraged the participant women entrepreneurs with her Wisdom rules, i.e. “Every Problem has a Solution!!”, and the key is –Patience. We should be fearless while facing them and keep moving.
On this occasion, the company facilitated 20 Female Entrepreneurs who are prime achievements in their respective fields. The Awarded participants are – Swati Shah, Shalaka Shiralkar, Nikita Damle, Nupur Pawar, Gauri DholePatil, Kavita Kode, Girija Sambus, Uma Menon, Akanksha Deshpande, Madhura Pawar, Leena Khandekar, Anjali Arvikar, Shilpa Jadhav, Neha Nagpurkar, Anuradha Thorat, Priyanka Sharma, Sandhya Takle, Priyanka Deokar, and Dimple Majithia.
The program was presented by Ms Mrudula Santosh Nimbkar. She has been recognized especially for her 12 years of contribution for Women Empowerment and their Financial Independence.
