Stray Pups and Kitties up for adoption at Viman Nagar
Pune, October 2, 2019: With an aim to convince people to adopt a homeless indie puppy or a kitten, the Wag-A-Bond organization will hold an adoption camp called ‘Indie Pup and Kitty Adoption Drive’ on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Largo Pizzeria, Viman Nagar, between 11 am and 4 pm.
With a message to adopt Indian breeds of stray dogs and cats instead of shopping for foreign breeds, about 30 indie puppies and 10 kittens will be available for adoption at the camp. Though the adoption will be free of cost, there will be nominal charges for completing adoption procedure.
There will be pet adoption counselors available at the camp who’ll advice people on the procedure of adoption and also assess whether a potential adopter or family of adopters is a good match. Those interested in adopting the pups can get in touch at- 9822900859
“These homeless, stray pups and kitties desperately need a shelter. If a mother dies after delivering a litter, the pups need a place and care for survival. All the animals are vaccinated. We will also provide sterilization service at a nominal charge for the animals after they are adopted.” said Poonam Kumar, Founder, Wag-A-Bond.
