Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Case Filed Against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor Sanjay Leela Bhansali, And 4 Others

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), June 17, 2020: Sudhir Kumar Ojha, a lawyer in has filed a private case in court against Salman Khan and Karan Johar, among others, in the case of the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The case has been file for offences under sections 306, 109, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The court has fixed July 3 for its hearing.

Other accused in the case include Bollywood celebrities Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, Dinesh Vijaya, Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. This is not the first time that a case against people associated with Bollywood has been filed in Muzaffarpur. In the past, cases have been filed against many big personalities including Raveena Tandon, Amitabh Bachchan. Recently, a lawsuit was filed against Ekta Kapoor for her web series.

These allegations were made in the case: The complainant Sudhir Kumar Ojha has alleged that accused persons were plotting to humiliate the actor. Sushant Singh Rajput was boycotted by these filmmakers, directors and actors. They were not allowing his films to be released. There is a conspiracy behind Sushant’s suicide. The accused persons were not wishing that this emerging artist from Bihar should leave them behind and go ahead. This led to such a situation that Sushant Singh was forced to take suicidal steps.

Father demands CBI inquiry: It may be noted that Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide in his flat in Mumbai on Sunday. In this case, along with Bollywood star Salman Khan, the other people are being accused of harassing him. Sushant’s father has demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter, while his angry fans in Patna are talking about boycotting films of Salman Khan and Karan Johar etc.
