Symbiosis Cultural Festival 2025: Celebrating Art, Talent, and Legacy in Pune

Pune, 19th January 2025: Symbiosis is set to host its much-awaited Cultural Festival, now in its 31st year, from January 22 to January 24. Renowned artists from various fields will showcase their talents during the three-day extravaganza.
The festival will be inaugurated by Adv. Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information & Technology and Culture, Maharashtra, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM. Raj Kapoor’s daughter, Reema Jain Kapoor, will also grace the inaugural ceremony.
This year, the prestigious Symbiosis Cultural Award will be presented to actress and Symbiosis alumna Bhagyashree Limaye. The award includes a cash prize of ₹25,000 and a medal.
Following the inauguration, a singing program titled ‘Raj and the Kapoors: Celebrating the Centenary of the Greatest Showman’ will commemorate the centenary of legendary filmmaker Raj Kapoor.
On January 23, the second day of the festival, ‘Caravan’ (कारवॉं) by Rahul Joshi will take center stage at 6:30 PM.
The festival will conclude on January 24 with “Hasya Jatrechi Yash Yatra” at 6:30 PM. In this unique program, the artists of Maharashtra’s popular Hasya Jatra will engage with fans. Renowned host Rajesh Damle will conduct interviews with the participating artists, adding a special touch to the evening.
All programs will be held at the Symbiosis Society’s Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Open Auditorium, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune. Entry is free and open to all.
