Tagbin Elevates India’s Digital Prowess with Successful Launch of Global DPI Exhibition at G20 Summit in Pune
Pune, 15th June 2023: Tagbin, a leading tech-experiential company, achieved a remarkable feat by successfully launching the Global DPI Exhibition at the esteemed JW Marriott Hotel in Pune, Maharashtra. The exhibition served as a pivotal element of the Global DPI Summit, which took place from June 12th to 14th, 2023, coinciding with the 3rd Meeting of the G20 Digital Economy Working Group.
Guided by the theme “Digital Public Infrastructure for Ease of Living, Ease of Doing Business, and Ease of Governance,” the Summit aimed to showcase India’s digital prowess on the global stage. Tagbin, in collaboration with Digital India Corporation-NeGD and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, played a leading role in conceptualizing and executing the exhibition.
Under the Indian Presidency, the G20 Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) identified Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) as a crucial area of focus. In line with this vision, twelve initiatives from the Digital India Flagship Programme were meticulously selected to exemplify best practices in implementing DPIs. The exhibition provided visitors with an immersive experience, enabling them to explore Global DPI repositories and gain valuable insights for the betterment of the global community. Prominent initiatives such as Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker, Soil Health Card, eNAM, Digital India UMANG, eSanjeevani, DIKSHA, BHASHINI, ONDC, DIGIT-eGov Foundation, and DigiYatra were showcased, underscoring India’s groundbreaking contributions in this domain.
Tagbin’s dedicated team of professionals harnessed a wide array of interactive technologies to craft a seamless and captivating experience for exhibition attendees. Going beyond conventional exhibition norms, Tagbin employed Anamorphic Videos, virtual reality (VR) setups, and other innovative displays to capture the essence of each showcased initiative. Their objective was to transform the navigation process into an immersive journey, leaving a lasting impression on the minds of visitors.
