Tarsh Gastronomia restaurant launched in Pune

Tarsh Gastronomia kitchen & Bar, a bespoke 3 in 1 specialty cuisine, makes its debut in the flourishing IT hub of Pune’s Hinjewadi, White Square, 8th Floor, Wakad-Hinjewadi road.

The restaurant features a main kitchen, dim sums counter, pizzeria and a live grill that produces dishes designed to be shared. The focal point of the main dining room is an illuminated resin island bar with a wine cellar stacked with wine bottles. Bringing in a first of its kind versatility to dining spaces, its well-planned and globally-appealing interiors easily convert to accommodate everything from lunch buffets, hotspot of live kitchen & well illuminated bar that caters to socializing for the evenings.

Following up the stairs, it has a huge area with a magnificent and comforting environment. The chilling atmosphere and the view from the 8th floor sitting in the trolleys is amazing. Additionally it offers unique concept features like live kitchens, private dining rooms as well as spacious and cozy sitting arenas; to offer modern, personal and exclusive dining spaces.

Open 7 days a week, the menu offers a wide variety of mouth watering dishes of which I tasted a few mocktails which included Mango bloom, Heaven on Earth(made of watermelon) were very rejuvenating and tasted amazing. Few appetizing starters included Har Gaw Prawns Dumpling(Dim sums), Lobster with black pepper sauce, Murgh Peshawari Tikka which were very delicious, Crispy aromatic duck, 12 hours Lamb to name a few. A signature cocktail menu is also designed to complement and pair the signature dishes.
