TERRITORIAL ARMY RECRUITMENT 101 INFANTRY BATTALION (TERRITORIAL ARMY) MARATHA LIGHT INFANTRY

101 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) MARATHA LIGHT INFANTRY will be organizing Recruitment Rally at General Parade Ground (Near Race Course), Pune. All eligible candidates volunteering to join the Territorial Army are requested to report for screening with requisite original documents 0500 hrs at venue as per schedule given below :-

(a) 07 Jan 2019 – All districts of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Diu & Daman and Lakshdweep.

(b) 08 Jan 2019 – All districts of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Goa and Pondicherry.

Vacancies for Recruitment.

(a) Soldier (General Duty) – 104 (Including 15 vacancies of 123 Inf Bn (TA)

(b) Soldier Clerk (Staff Duties) – 02

(c) Soldier (Hair Dresser) – 02

(d) Soldier (Washer Man) – 01

(e) Soldier (Tailor) – 01

(f) Soldier (Chef Community) – 01

Eligibility Criteria.

(a) Age. 18 to 42 years.

(b) Educational Qualification.

(i) Soldier (General Duty). Should be matric pass with minimum 45% marks aggregate & 33% in each subject or pass/qualified in higher class (i.e. 12^th or above).

(ii) Soldier (Clerk). 10+2 pass in any stream with min 60% marks aggregate & 50% marks in each subject. Individual with proficiency in computer and typing will be given additional weight age.

(ii) Tradesman. 10^th pass and should have proficiency in trade.

(c) Physical Parameters.

(i) Height – Min 160 cms

(ii) Weight – Min 50 Kgs

(iii) Chest – 77 Cms with expansion 5 cm.

Written exam will be conducted on 07 Apr 2019 for all candidates passing physical & medical at respective exam centers.
