The Vishweshwar Coorporative Bank announces 10% dividend to its members

Pune, July 23, 2019: The 48th Annual General Meeting of the Vishweshwar Cooperative Bank Limited was held in Pune. In the meeting, Anil Gadve, Chairman of bank informed that the bank has given 10 % dividend to its members for the year 2018-19 and it has been already credited to their accounts.

Shriram Apte, the new CEO of the Bank, Sunil Rukari, Senior Director of the Bank, Manoj Sakhre, Vice President of the Bank and Vidyadhar Anaskar, Committee Member and banking expert were present in the meeting.

Anil Gadve, Chairman of bank informed that as of March 2019, the Bank has deposits worth Rs.1523 Cr. and has given loans of Rs.857 Cr, while the current business of the Bank is Rs.2380Cr. The Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR) of the Bank is 17.91 % and it has recorded profit of Rs.29.07 Cr.

In the current financial year there will be equal focus on business development and loan recovery. The Bank has also installed Recycler machine that accept cash and makes payments like ATM at its Sinhagad road branch through which lots of customers will benefit. The Bank also felicitated all its members who are above the age of 75 years.
