This crafted menu combines an array of small plates, hearty mains, and delectable desserts designed to perfectly complement Independence Brewing Company’s classic and crowd-favorite craft beers.

To make the celebration extra special this festive season, the legendary El Fandi is back at Independence Brewing Company! Bold, dark, and brimming with matador spirit, this fearless brew—fondly called “Bull’s Blood”—is here to kick your holiday cheer. Sip, celebrate, and unleash the festive vibes!

Highlights from the Christmas Menu:
Smoked Pork Bacon, Gruyere, and Mozzarella Bon Bon Croquettes – Golden-crisp on the outside and oozing with cheesy indulgence inside, these croquettes are paired with a vibrant tomato-bell pepper coulis and a refreshing rocket salad for a tempting start to your feast.

Thai Pomelo Salad with Green Mango and Cashew – A zesty, refreshing explosion of flavors, this vegetarian delight combines the tang of pomelo and green mango with crunchy cashews, fragrant coriander, crispy fried onion, garlic, and a sweet chili dressing.
