Together We Build’ :A forum formed to Guide Self Re-Development of Housing Societies

A Pune-based Gangotree Greenbuild organisation has formed  ‘Together We Build’ – a forum to provide guidance for the redevelopment of old housing societies in the city.As redevelopment of housing societies is very tiring work and members are confused about the process .Gangotree Greenbuild directors Ganesh Jadhav, Rajendra Awate and Makrand Kelkar said that this facility will help residents living in old housing societies in the city.A Helpline 8888836564  also established to guide societies.

This forum will provide consultancy services about self re-development of old Housing societies.It will guide about Feasibility,Loan,Construction,Permission Procedures,RERA Compliance etc.Currently 5 thousand housing are waiting for re-development which are 25 to 30 years old.These societies finds problem in feasibility,Insufficient FSI,capital.

Society members doesn’t have technical knowledge for self redevelopment and they also do not find time for all lengthy  procedures,said Ganesh Jadhav.
