Traffic Coming From Satara To Pune Diverted To New Tunnel Amid Repair Work
Pune, 30th November 2022: As the work of strengthening the asphalt surface is going on, a notice for one-way traffic has been ordered by Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh for the Pune Katraj- Shindewadi Road State Road No 126 (old Katraj Ghat Road). From December 3 to December 31 2022, the traffic on the old Katraj Ghat road from Satara to Pune will be closed, and the traffic will be diverted to Pune through the new tunnel.
Since the work of strengthening the asphalt surface of the old Katraj Ghat road is going on, these measures have been taken, keeping in mind the possibility of traffic congestion and accidents due to double traffic.
