We bring to you a perfect combination of art and photography with Bijay Biswal’s inspired paintings of trains and the Indian railways along with Apurva Bahadur’s photographs of trains that have captivated him for the past quarter of a century.

Bijay Biswal:
The railway conductor with an unbridled passion for painting, who has successfully carried his work to national and international levels. His work went viral on social media to great appreciation a few months ago. Biswal has participated in exhibitions all over India and also in Russia, Indonesia, Kuwait and Washington DC.

Apurva Bahadur:
A committed Indian railway enthusiast, he has been photographing trainsin the relatively distant hinterlands of his home city and the Konkan region. Focusing on capturing trains in scenic locations, his shoots are a result of a combination of railfanning, treks and hill-climbs.
