Coronavirus : Two Dubai return persons admitted in Naidu hospital, Pune

9 March 2020, Pune: Two persons who had visited Dubai, have been admitted to Naidu Hospital, Pune and are undergoing treatment. Both of them are stable, officials said.

One of these patients has mild symptoms of Coronavirus. The other patient has no symptoms yet. They are being monitored closely. However, there is no reason for citizens to panic.

The Pune district administration has appealed people to avoid crowded places in the wake of Holi, Dhulwad, Tukaram jayanti.

Pune Divisional Commissioner Deepak Mhaisekar and Pune Collector Naval Kishore Ram have urged people to celebrate the Holi festival with their families.

Update, March 10,2020: Both patients have been confirmed Coronavirus COVID19 positive. They are being observed and trated in isolation ward at Naidu Hospital, Pune.
