Two men killed as truck falls into river near Juna Bazar chowk
Pune – A truck/tanker going from Kamgaar Putla near court in Shivajinagar towards Juna Bazar chowk, fell into Mutha river after breaking railing over the old Sangam bridge.
The incident took place around 4.30 am today. After getting information, Fire Brigade personnel rushed to the spot to rescue the trapped persons.The truck has turned upside down.
The body of the driver identified as Chandrakant Shivanna, a resident of Gulbarga in Karnataka, has been taken out of the truck.
