50-year-old Anganwadi Sahayika was murdered after being gang-raped in Ughaiti police station area of ​​Badaun on 3 January. The post-mortem report found evidence of injuries similar to Nirbhaya’s. There was a case of inserting something rod-like in the genitals. Her left rib, left leg and left lung were also damaged by a heavy hit. The woman had severe wounds in her private parts. She had lost a lot of blood.

The report also showed that an iron rod was inserted in the genitals. The officers were shocked to see the report. Following the post-mortem, the Ughaiti police registered a case of rape and murder against Mahant Satyanarayana Das of Dharmasthala, and his associates Vedram and Yashpal. Vedram and Yashpal were arrested and sent to jail. A reward of 50 thousand was announced on absconding Mahant Satyanarayana Das.
