Uttarakhand’s Khanna topples top-seeded Dabas at AITA- MSLTA under 14 Nationals Tennis Tournament

Mumbai, March 16: Mahika Khanna of Uttrakhand created the biggest upset as she toppled top-seeded Samiksha Dabas of Delhi 7-6(7), 6-4 to enter the girls’ quarterfinals at the AITA -MSLTA Boys and Girls under 14 nationals being hosted by the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at their GA Ranade Tennis complex and Wodehouse Gymkhana.

In another pre quarter-final match Telangana’s fifth-seeded Thaniya Gogulamanda was given a fight before overcoming qualifier Aaradhyaa Verma of Oddisa 3-6, 6-3, 6-2;
