New Delhi, 25th March 2025: Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Chhava’, a historical drama that has been making headlines, is set for a special screening in Parliament. The film, which has been at the center of both box office success and controversy over its depiction of Aurangzeb, will be screened 39 days after its release at the Balayogi Auditorium in Parliament. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers, and Members of Parliament are expected to attend the event.

Following his remarks, Vicky Kaushal expressed his gratitude and excitement over the film’s widespread impact.

Directed by Laxman Utekar, ‘Chhava’ was released in theaters on February 14, 2025, and has been a box office juggernaut. The film has grossed ₹582 crore in India and its worldwide collection has surpassed ₹775 crore, making it one of the top five highest-grossing films of all time.

Vicky Kaushal leads the film as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the valiant Maratha ruler. The movie also features Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta in pivotal roles. Dinesh Vijan has produced the film under his banner.
