Drinking 1–2 cups of green tea daily can be highly beneficial for overall health.
2. Green Smoothie – Nutrient-Rich and Anti-Inflammatory in Nature
Green smoothies can also aid in cancer prevention. Prepared with ingredients such as kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, and ginger, the smoothies are high in vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatory compounds. Spinach and kale, in particular, are high in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help reduce cancer risk.
3. Turmeric Latte – Anti-Cancer Properties of Curcumin
Turmeric latte is made using turmeric, which contains curcumin—a compound known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Reducing inflammation in the body helps decrease cancer risk by minimizing free radical damage. Almond milk and a pinch of black pepper are suggested to boost curcumin absorption.
