Wellness Forever Conducts Swachh Bharat Drive across Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka

29 Jan 2020, Pune- With a belief that road to Wellness starts with Cleanliness, Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd. (Wellness Forever), on the occasion of Republic Day, conducted a cleanliness activity in surrounding areas of all 170+ Stores in Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka, as a part of Community Service. The company, which is Western India’s largest pharmacy and wellness chain, has made this an annual event and has been conducting this activity over the past few years.

The 24X7 pharmacy and wellness chain conducted this cleanliness drive in prominent locations in Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Panjim, Bangalore and other key cities in the three states. In a bid to keep the vicinity of its stores clean and maintain required hygienic conditions in the locality, members of the Customer Engagement Team (CET) – Marketing along with the Operations team from Wellness Forever also held an educative session with people on how it is important for a healthy life. As one of India’s fastest-growing retail pharmacy chain Wellness Forever has always conducted cleanliness activities around their stores every year. The 24×7 pharmacy chain believes having a clean locality is important and people and communities should also inculcate cleanliness routines for their spaces.

Commenting the drive to the Swachch Bharat Abhiyan and its implementation, Mr. Mohan Chavan, Founder-Director, Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd. said, “Wellness Forever has always strived to inculcate the practices of cleanliness through a number of activities. Waterlogging, mosquito menace, sewage choke ups are health hazards. Picking up litter on road, cleaning rivers and being a part of such clean-up drives, we help the community and hope to draw their attention so that everybody realizes cleanliness is a collective responsibility.”

The cleanliness drive was conducted across its 104 stores in Mumbai, 47 stores in Pune, Thane and Rest of Maharashtra.
