Win 1 lakh with 1 click: The Serai Resorts announces the Serai and Barefoot Shutterbug 2.0 photography contest
Hyderabad, 2nd May, 2019: A picture is worth a thousand words! Inspire the world through your lens and capture the most beautiful moments of your journey at Chikmagalur, Bandipur, Kabini and Andamans. This year, The Serai and Barefoot Shutterbug 2.0 photography contest gets more intense as every traveler who visited these destinations and those who plan to visit these places till July 2019 can participate in the contest. Travel photography could not have been more rewarding as the photographer of the winning picture receives a grand cash prize of Rs 1 Lakh. The expert judges are looking to award the best images that showcase the inspiring elements of each destination.
The winners will be selected by a panel of ace photo experts like acclaimed wildlife enthusiast and photographer, Joshua Barton, Waseem Khan, Ashish Parmar and Udit Kusheshtra. Applicants can upload their pictures on Instagram and use the hashtag #shareyourinspiration or #Inspiredresorts or #Inspiredbycoffee or #Inspiredbythejungle or#Inspiredbythewaterfront or #InspiredbytheAndamans or #Theseraishutterbug while uploading the picture on -Instagram. The themes for the current year are-
- Inspired by Coffee – capture the world of lush green coffee plantations at Chikmagalur
- Inspired by the Jungle – showcase the sheer abundance of wildlife and forests of Bandipur and Nagarhole
- Inspired by the waterfront – seize exciting moments on the bank of river Kabini that meanders through Bandipur and Nagarhole forest
- Inspired by the Andamans – explore the picturesque corners of the white-sand beaches, tropical rainforests and the deep blue sea of the Andamans
The Shutterbug photography contest has been conceptualized with the objective of promoting each destination and providing a platform to the travel enthusiast within you. The photography contest received exceptional participation in the previous years and is an established annual property by The Serai and Barefoot Resorts that captivates the photography enthusiasts alike.

The competition concludes on July 31st 2019 and the winners will be announced in August 2019.
