Youth Dies in Royal Enfield Bullet Accident on Council Hall Road in Pune
Pune, 29th October 2024: A youth tragically lost his life in an accident involving a Royal Enfield Bullet on Council Hall Road. A friend traveling with him was seriously injured in the incident. Recently, similar accidents have been reported, and police indicate that these incidents often result from high speeds.
The deceased has been identified as Arpit Sharma, 22, a resident of Koregaon Park, while his friend Rohit Sharma also sustained injuries. The incident occurred on October 27 at around 1 AM. Police Constable Dattatraya Sool has filed a complaint at Bund Garden Police Station.
Arpit and Rohit were riding the Royal Enfield Bullet when they sped away from the Council Hall Road area around 1 AM on October 27. Driver Arpit lost control of the motorcycle, causing it to collide with a vehicle parked on the side of the road. Both Arpit and Rohit suffered serious injuries in the accident. Bund Garden Police reported that Arpit succumbed to his injuries in a private hospital during treatment. Assistant Police Inspector Mujawar is currently investigating the case.
