YouTuber Elvish Yadav Faces Serious Charges and Arrest in Snake Venom Supply and Rave Party Case

Noida, 3rd November 2023: Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, recently crowned the winner of Bigg Boss OTT-2, finds himself entangled in a legal quagmire. A case has been registered against him under serious charges at Kotwali Sector-49, involving allegations of association with a gang supplying snake venom.

The police have apprehended five individuals named in the case, accused of being part of the snake venom supply gang. Elvish Yadav’s involvement is currently under investigation. The arrest follows an FIR filed by Gaurav Gupta, an Animal Welfare Officer from MP Maneka Gandhi’s organization People for Animals.

According to the FIR, Elvish Yadav, along with fellow YouTubers, has been allegedly shooting videos involving snake venom and live snakes in farmhouses in Noida-NCR. Moreover, the accusations include the illegal organization of rave parties where foreign girls are reportedly made to consume snake venom and intoxicants.

An informer contacted Elvish Yadav, leading to an interaction with an agent named Rahul. The informer, posing as a party organizer, invited Rahul, and the forest department officials and the police were informed promptly. On November 2, the accused were caught at Sevron Banquet Hall in Sector-51 with a banned snake, resulting in the arrest of five individuals.

The police recovered 20 ml of snake venom, five cobras, one python, two tail snakes, and one horsetail snake from the accused. Kotwali in-charge Inspector Sandeep Chaudhary confirmed the arrest of five individuals, including Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, and Ravinath from Delhi. A case has been registered against six named individuals, including Elvish Yadav, with investigations ongoing.

Elvish Yadav, a renowned YouTuber and internet personality, boasts over 14.5 million subscribers on his main channel and over 7.5 million subscribers on his vlogging channel. Despite his recent triumph in Bigg Boss OTT-2, the legal troubles add a challenging chapter to his otherwise successful career.

It is worth noting that Elvish Yadav had filed an FIR on October 25, alleging an extortion call demanding Rs 1 crore. The recent arrest adds another layer to the ongoing legal issues surrounding the prominent YouTuber.
