Gautami Pawar of Sinhgad College of Engineering receives Kruttika Award – Female Engineering Scholarship award

Pune, October 2, 2019 : Kruttika Award set up by Atlas Copco to initiate female students into the predominantly male dominated mechanical engineering branch, is given to female topper of mechanical engineering on the basis of third year results. Comprising of Cash Award of Rs.50,000 (Fifty thousand), Certification and a direct offer to join the company, the Kruttika Award for the year 2019-20 was granted to Gautami Arjun Pawar of Sinhgad College of Engineering, Vadgaon by Managing Director of Atlas Copco Mr. Giovanni Valent at a ceremony held at their Center at Hinjewadi, Pune. The other officials of Atlas Copco present on the occasion were Vagner Rego, President, Vice President Eric Pieder, and General Manager Rajeev Dadhe along with other staff members. Dean Training & Placement of Sinhgad Institutes Prof. Pitambre was also present on the occasion.

Dr. S. D. Lokhande, Principal Sinhgad College of Engineering congratulated Gautami wishing her a bright wonderful career in mechanical engineering with Atlas Copco.
