GoAir – Migration to new passenger service system

GoAir has invested in a new passenger service system and will be migrating to the new system effective 25th June 2017. The migration process will begin from 06:00 PM on24th June to 6:00 AM on 25th June. This new technology will enable GoAir to meet passengers’ changing travel needs. Furthermore, it will give options to passengers to opt for ancillary service like pre purchase of meals, excess baggage, seat selections etc.

Passengers will not be able to make any new bookings, amendments, cancellations during this migration period. Mobile and online check-in will also be unavailable during this period.

Flight schedules however, will not be affected during the migration period and passengers travelling on any GoAir flight during this period from 06:00 PM on 24th June to 6:00 AM on 25th June are requested to report at check-in counters 3 hours prior to scheduled flight times. We sincerely apologise any inconvenience caused to passengers.
