Opportunities of free training for Officer in the Indian Armed Forces

Mumbai, 18 Jan 2020: For the recruitment of officers in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force eligible candidates have to clear Service Selection Board (SSB) Examination. The Government of Maharashtra will be organizing course No. 52 for the training and preparation of SSB examination for the boys and girls at Chhatra Purva Prashikshan Kendra, Nasik Road, Nasik from 12 February to 21 February 2020. The trainee’s accommodation, food and training are provided free of cost for this course.

Interested candidates in the Mumbai Suburban District should visit for the interview at the District Sainik Welfare Office, Mumbai Suburban, to get the opportunity to be an officer in the military, on January 27. Before coming to the interview, please bring admission card of SSB- 52 course which is available on Facebook page of Department of Sainik Welfare, Pune or related district Soldier Welfare Office.

To qualify for admission, any of the qualifications listed below is required –

1. The Combined Defense Services Examination (CDSE-UPSC) or the National Defense Academy Examination (NDS-UPSC) must have been passed and eligible for the interview of Service Selection Board.

2. The NCC ‘C’ Certificate must be passed in A or B grade and recommended for SSB by the NCC Group Headquarters.

3. A call letter must be there for the interview of SSB for Technical Graduate Course.

4. There should be an SSB Call Letter for the University Entry Scheme or a name in the recommended list for the SSB.
