Dacoits kill 3 family members near Somatne Phata
Pune – In a shocking incident, armed dacoits killed an elderly couple and their son in the wee hours of Tuesday.
The couple’s daughter-in-law and six year old grand daughter are injured and while two other minors have survived the assault.
The incident took place around 4 am in Dhamne village of Maval taluka.
Police have identified the deceased persons as Nathu Vithoba Phalle (65), his wife Chhababai (60) and their son Aba (30). Nathu’s daughter-in-law Tejashri (25) and grand daughter Anjali (6) are seriously injured.
The Phalle family used to reside in a house on the farms outside the village.
Police officials said that dacoits has also tried to break into other homes in the village.
