1185 New COVID Cases Reported In Pune District, 1482 Discharged Today

Pune, 14th July 2021: A total of 1185 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 1482 people were discharged from hospitals. 7 people succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. Bhagwan Pawar, there are 9632 active patients in the district and 5382 of them are admitted to hospitals while 4250 are in home isolation. Out of 1185 new cases, 331 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 233 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 96 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 12 in cantonments, and 513 in rural areas.
Among the 07 deaths, five were in PMC, one in PCMC, and one in rural areas. Out of 1482 discharged patients, 277 were in PMC, 331 were in PCMC, 115 in municipal councils, 5 in cantonments, and 754 in rural areas.
