14-Year-Old Girl From Pune Raped By Her Father

Pune, 26th May 2022: A father allegedly raped his 14-year-old daughter. Reportedly, the father was forcing his minor daughter into marriage against her will. After this, the girl finally approached the police.

The girl has filed a complaint with the Hadapsar police station. The incident took place between February 18 and March 3 at her residence.

According to the information given by the police, the complainant’s father had been physically harassing her from time to time. Taking advantage of the fact that her mother was not at home, he forcibly raped her in February. He then repeatedly raped her. On March 3, he did it again. She told her mother about the issue. When the mother confronted him, the accused beat her. He also threatened not to lodge a complaint.

The accused fixed the marriage of the minor girl. A case has been filed in this regard and PSI Sontakke is investigating the case further.
